Allen is the first dad graduate of TOPS Proactive Parenting program! What began as an unsteady journey for Allen has evolved into a road paved with confidence and commitment.
When Cara first found out she was pregnant she was terrified. She learned about TOPS at her first OB/GYN visit but it took her a while before she finally called. The first time she came to the office she immediately found herself with friends. “If I wouldn’t have found TOPS I don’t know where I would be today. All of my friends are girls I met through support group” says Cara.
Codi has been with the TOPS program in the East Valley since 2011. During her pregnancy she experience complications that forced her to receive in-home care but she still attended her TOPS pregnancy and childbirth classes. On January 31, 2012 Codi delivered Brandon, a beautiful baby boy.
